How to Make Wine:

Basic Steps of Wine Making:

1) Primary Fermentation: (Basically, put grape juice, water, bentonite (volcanic ash for clarity), and yeast into a bucket and ferment for 5-7 days)

2) Secondary Fermentation: (Simply, transfer the wine from the large bucket known as the primary to the carboy bottle to remove sediment – ferment for 10 days)

3) Stabilizing and Clearing: (Add remaining packets #2, #3, and #4 stirring vigorously to remove CO2 – wait another 14 days)

4) Bottling: (Essentially bottle and age minimum of 1 month, even better after 3 moths!)

It basically takes about 9 weeks to make 30 (750 ml) bottles of wine!
